Prices
Prices are shown inclusive of New Zealand GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Any international duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the Buyer.
Payments
All orders must be paid in full before any products will be shipped. Shipping costs are based on the Buyer’s shipping address and included in the final price before payment.
Payments are to be made using third party payments services PayPal or Stripe for credit card payments. Refer to their websites for Terms and Conditions of using their service.
Shipping
Products are shipped using services provided by New Zealand Post. Shipping times are as advised by New Zealand Post for each the shipping method for each country chosen by the Buyer on the checkout page. For more information about tracking, signature requirements, insurance etc please refer to the New Zealand Post website. New Zealand Post does not deliver to some countries and locations. Please refer to the Frequently Asked Questions on the Checkout Page for more information.
Order processing
Orders are processed as they are received. Every effort is made to process and print products and ship within 5-7 days; however, delays may result from mechanical breakdown, the availability of paper stock, ink or packaging materials. If a significant delay is anticipated an email will be sent advising this.
Refunds
If you are unsatisfied on receipt of your order for any reason, send an email to peter@grolabotography.com, with details including bank account information for the refund. Return the product to the address advised by return email, postage paid and a full refund will be made upon receipt of the returned product.
Intellectual Property
The Owner of the copyright in all images is Van Hannessvid Corporation Ltd, trading as Peterhaworth grolabotography. Buyers who purchase a print are granted a personal lifetime licence for use of that print. No physical or electronic copies, reproduction of any kind, publication, public display, or editing is permitted without express, written permission from the Owner.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and are to be construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand and the buyer agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of New Zealand.
